This site includes a nice
picture of Mr. Wolfe (not a bad likeness - it shows off his central magnificence
nicely) and a chronological listing of cases, books and published stories,
and links. There is also a floor plan for the old brownstone and
several of the office (although I'm not really happy about certain people
having such a detailed layout of the establishment).
Monkey
John
Lots of detailed information
and is up to date, as of this writing. Includes lots of detailed
information (again a concern), discussions of several of the key characters,
a book listing, an large collection of quotes, and links.
Merely
a Genius - Winifred Lewis
A long page, with some key
quotes and a synopsis of each book and story. The page takes a few
moments to load since almost everything is on the one page. And it
is full of information.
Welcome
to the Nero Wolfe Site - David Patty
Some parody stories, message
board, and scans of cover art as well as plot information.
The
Art of Nero Wolfe - Mike Roehr
Provides a bibliography
with scans of cover art and detailed plots, a good links page, and maps.
Nicely designed.
Nero
Wolfe email list
Managed by eGroups, this
is an email list. As of August 2000, it's activity had wained, but
hopefully it'll pick up now that I have subscribed.
Nerowolfe.net
Another email list - the
WolfePack. I've subscribed to that one as well. Lots of good
information on the site.
Nero
Wolfe on A&E
I must say that I'm pretty
impressed. When Tim Hutton and the rest of the producers originally
showed up in the office, Wolfe was, shall we say, less than enthusiastic.
But Hutton (in the red chair, of course) did a fine job of finessing Wolfe,
and the rest is history. However, I do think I'm better looking, and
Miss Rowan agrees.

Open
Directory Project listing for Rex Stout
This is a very good collection
of reviewed Nero Wolfe sites. However, we take issue with their description
of this page as an "imitation" advertisement. Mr. Wolfe suggested
a call to Mr. Parker, but I ignored him.
Open
Here listing for Rex Stout
They state that "OpenHere
is one of the 10 largest index and search sites on the Internet and is
specifically focused on creating resources for the family." I can't
attest to that, but they do have a nice collection of links.
